My fellow Americans,
I want to address the topics we have been hearing about, debt, deficit, debt ceiling, loopholes, subsidies, and rolling back the taxes for the top 5% to pre-bush rates a whole total of 4% from 35 to 39, and the fact that 437 CEO's do Not have a problem with that, nor the loopholes or subsidies, they do not have a problem with allowing the small businesses and middle class keep their tax cuts., and they have sent 2 letters pertaining to those facts, one in dec 2010 which the republicans ignored, and then again last week that they ignored again along with letters from the National Governors Association telling them to STOP with the games and approve the debt ceiling, and move on. The republicans have shown that they do not care about the country, or the american people, but the biggest disgrace is the fact that they have put their pledge to Grover Norquist above their OATH to their couintry, it's citizens and their jobs. The only pledge they should honor is their Oath to do their jobs, if not they need to resign.
Let's start out with the debt ceiling. In 2000 when bush was sworn in his debt clock started and everything he spent on his watch is the responsiblity of the republicans and need to be paid. His debt clock stopped when President Obama was sworn in, and the debt was 12.5Trillion, with the loss of over 12 million jobs, in which 8 Million that were sent overseas.. The point is this, Obama's debt clock started on Jan 21 2009 with his swearing in, but the Republicans and the Tea party would have you believe that obama is responsible for the whole amount, which is wrong.
And lets us not forget that President obama went against his base and offered the republicans a 4.7T deal, a 2.5 T deal and a 1 T deal, and the republicans walked away from all of them. but yet they still want us to blame the President. Once again the Republicans have demonstrated their lack of seriousness concerning the debt/deficit. The fact that the Republicans are not dealing with the debt ceiling also shows the american people they are Irresponsible and would prefer to see the country default.
Secondly, The ReTaliban( Republicans + Tea Party Extremist =). Have made it clear that they have no intention of working with President Obama, another example, The fact that Eric Cantor is once again using a disaster to demand cuts just like he did to the people of joplin and the devasting tornado, and now he is doing the same thing to 8 states including his own voters and supporters, The action by him and the House clearly show they have no concern or compassion for the victium of disasters, first the earthquake, then Hurricane Irene, and then TS Lee, and the damage continues with their rivers flooding whole towns, and It is a DISGRACE to even think that people like Cantor and the House would deny and threaten to close the government to get thir way once again, This has to STOP, We MUST Stop this behavior by the Republican tea party, and the way we do that is to vote them out and retake the House as well as whatever senate seats they have available and to protect the white house, Because if we don't, Our country will be lost, We have already had a preview of what they intend on doing and how they intend on governing, and We cannot let that happen.
Thirdly, The Republicans refuse to l;isten to over 88% of the american "VOTERS" who clearly want the bush tax cuts rolled back for the top 5% while keeping the cuts for the middle class and small businesses.
Also The GOTP refuse to admit that their tax cuts have failed, the President even gave them another 2 years to prove their theory that tax cuts create jobs, Well It is a FAILURE, Where are the Jobs? Why hasn't the house approved any of the 7 jobs bills that have been put forward in the last 2 and a half years?
Did you know that they voted down 4 of the 7 jobs bills and they refuse to allow the other 3 to even come to the floor for debate? And yet they have the nerve to say they are for jobs and the people? More Lies as usual.
In Closing, My Fellow American, The Actions and Behavior of the Republican Tea Party is an Insult to the American people, and a Disgrace to this country, their state, the voters, and seen by the world as criminal. They have decided that defeating the President, Taking Power, and Politics are more Important than the country, than jobs, than teachers, police, fire, ems, unions, women, children, seniors, veterans, and Disabled. They have declared war on the many viable and needed Social programs, Education, and Infrastructure, In 2010 they ran on jobs and the economy, but yet they have done nothing except attack the american people, as well as Disgraced themselves, How sad
It is time for us to act, to write, to phone, to email, and blog, we must organize and take to the street use our facebook and twitter let people know that we must vote out the Congressional members that have chosen to follow a single man rather than do their jobs, or honour their oath to their country, There are 233 Republican House members and 43 Republican Senators who have signed the Norquist Pledge, another disgrace and violations of ethics The time has come to speak up, Tell your Congressional members that they need to do their jobs, They need to put their jobs and country First, They need to put aside Politics and work with the President. This is what over 90% of what the American people want, but it seems that the GOTP refuse to listen to the people unless it is something that they are for.
We Must send a Strong message, "We Do Not Want Your Type of Governance"

Violation of Their Oaths
My Fellow Americans,
What we are witnessing is the destruction of our country from within, by our own congressional members who are placing their pledge to Grover Norquist over their honor, and their Oath and their jobs, and this is illegal and needs to be looked into.
If i was in power I would first issue a executive order raising the debt ceiling, then I would order the DOJ to investigate the congressional members who are supporting the grover pledge to choose, they must either honor their oaths or Resign Immediately. and I will look into charges against them for domestic terrorism.
The President took an Oath to protect and defend our constitiution and country from both foreign and Domestic enemies, and the Domestic Enemies are at our door right now and need to be stopped NOW.
I have just written to Atty General Eric Holder at the DOJ and asked him to consider investigating Grover Norquist, his pledge, and the congressional members that have put his pledge over their Oath of Office, and i am asking you to do the same thing. I included the letter below

I am writing out of concern that our congressional members have Violated their Oaths of Office by honoring their Pledge to Grover Norquist.
I further feel that an investigation should be opened, after all the president and those in power took an oath like i did(as a Disabled Desert Storm Veteran) to protect and defend the constitution of the united states, the country and her citizens, and right now we are facing a Domestic Enemy that is using our own congress to destroy this country from within, I feel that this is a form of Domestic Terrorism or at leat of Treason on the part of Mr. Norquist and the congressional members that took his pledge and i would suggest that they be made to choose, They will either honor their Oath of Office, or they will Honor a Pledger for personal gains.
I am more concerned about the Domestic attacks by the Retaliban(Tea Party + Republicans = Retaliban) and i do not use that term l;ightly, with the current behavior of the republican party and their destruction of unions and their declaring war on social issues, I feel that they should be Investigated.
As a Navy Seabee, and Disabled Desert Storm Veteran I took an Oath to protect and defend the constitution, this country and her citizens from both Fireign and Domestic enemies, and Right Now the Domerstic enemy is at the door and needs to be challenged.

REBUILD AMERICA NOW......Part 2
My Fellow Americans,
Our problemns are not only Domestic but International as well, and in the following writings i will explain what I will do if I am elected. I want to remind everyone, that when our country began our ForeFathers had no clue as to how to run a country, so with the Constitution to follow I will not be sucked in by the corpoirate nonsense nor funding, This will be a truly elected by the people, and for the people, You and this country are my priority, not nation building like the others. So Lets begin with several Executive Orders,
Executive Order # 1
I will direct the joints chiefs to end the Iraq war and to withdraw all troops withing a 180 days. Iraq will have to find a solution on their own much like we did when we started out as a new democracy. It is not our job to rebuild any nation.
Executive Order #2
I will cut all funding to afghanistan by half, and inform Karzi that he has 1 year to get his house in order then all funding will stop except for humanatarian aid. Furthermore, I will warn him about accepting the taliban as part of the new government, and stipulate that they must pledge to not support al-quida in any way, and that He will not allow Al-Quida to take refuge again in the country or we will be back and we will take them out.
Secondly all troops will be out within 180 days from issuance of this order. It is over and done, they like Iraq will have to sort it out among themselves, we cannot do it for them.
Executive Order #3
I will issue a General Warning to Pakistan to get their house in order, to remove al-quida from their country, and to stop tipping off people when we need to go after them. I will also advise them to clean house and to do it promptly and that until it is done all funding will be stopped except for humanatarian aid. It is time for them to join the world and fight terrorisam.
While we face problems on both the Foreign and the Domestic Front, My chief concern right Now is with our Domestic Problems which will be dealt with by use of every constitutional remedy that is available. I am tired of the games and the irresponsibility of the parties but especially the republican party which is a disgrace to this country by the games they are playing with the full faith and fair credit status and the risk they have put the country in, the jeopardy that they are placing millions of citizens in who depenbd on SS and VA benefits to pay their house note, car notes, groceries, medicines, etc, and because of their wreckless games will and may lose their homes cars, and may even cause needless deaths because people will not be able to afford their medicines, and that should and will be placed squarely on the shoulders of the Republicans. They are solely responsible for any reactions that happen due to their obstruction and failuer to increase the debt ceiling.
The final topic I will discuss are the facts concerning the Debt Ceiling. The Republicans are ignoring basic facts. Also in 2003 we got involved in an illegal war(Iraq), a prescription plan was not paid for neither, as was the tax cuts. That is the problem. And President Obama made it clear tht all spending by bush has to be counted.

They attacked social issues, seniors, disabled, women and children, veterans, and unions including teachers, police, and fire. and explaining that this is what the americn people wanted and sent them for. And now they expect us to give them a 3rd chance in 2012, It makes me wonder how much audacity they have, they have the nerve to outright lie, Failed to put forth one jobs bill or economic bill, but yet they voted NO 4 times on a jobs bill brought to the floor by the democrats and the President, and even more nerve to attack the american people and the social programs that millions depend on and dare ask for us to give them our vote in 2012, It clearly proves that they are totally out of touch with the american people.
As i stated before, It is time to clean house, to make our country stronger to bring back manufacturing, strengthen Education and health care, Prevent future congresses from taking the debt ceiling or any topic hostage. I wnnt to be your President, I am an outsider and will need your help, I am in it for you, I also pledge to not take any corporate money. , and what makes me a great candidate is that i am not beholden to the corporate community my priority is You, My Fellow Americans, So In closing I ask that I be considered in the spirit of our forefathers who were new to governing as well but they put together one of the most important documents of our country, the Constitution, and it should be protected and defended and followed, No one should be allowed to pick and choose which parts they will honor and which they won't, Following the Constitution means all or Nothing.. Furthermore No elected member of the government be they local, state, or Federal should ever sign a pledge to not do something,, The ONLY Pledge that they should take should be their OATH of Office(in referrence to Norquiest and Republican tax pledge)

The country and her people MUST come first, and this should have been done a long time ago so it will be done NOW

REBUILD AMERICA NOW
My Fellow Americans,
I am aware that many of you do not know me from adam, and that I have never held a public office, However I have Knowledge and Experience from the College of Life. I am much in the same boat as our forefathers, they did not know anything nor did they ever hold a public office but they created the Constitution and governed this country with common sense and working together, So it is in the Spirit of the Constitution and our ForeFathers that I push up my Campaign from 2016 to 2012.
I like you have watched as our congressional members have played games after games, I have watched as the Republicans have blackmailed, and held this country and her citizens hostage to get their way. Their behavior reminds me of the Taliban governance, In 2010 they asked for a 2nd chance, and they promised to create and focus on jobs, jobs, jobs, but all we got after the election is a declaration of War on Unions, women and children, Seniors, Veterans, Disabled, Social Programs and a budget plan(Ryan) that would eliminate social security, medicare/medicaid, and would add a Trillion dollars in tax cuts for their rich buddies. This is not what we wanted, but yet the Republicans say it is and that we do not know what we want, Frankly they are the ones that are out of touch, We want jobs, We want the Bush Tax Cuts rolled back for the top 5%, We did not want Unions attacked, The Unions built this country, it is with their backbreaking and calloused hands they built America from the ground up to give us homes, work place safety, bernefits. But yet they have thrown them out and have forgotten about their contributions to this country. The fact is what the Republicans and the Tea Party did after we gave them a second chance in 2010, So Where are the jobs? The Republicans had 4 opportunities to pass a jobs bill brought to the floor by the Democrats and President Obama and they voted "NO" on all 4 times, but yet they Promised if elected and given that golden 2nd chance they would push job creation, They FAILED and they LIED. And Now they have the Audacity to beg for a 3rd chance in 2012? Are they insane? Like the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me Twice Shame on Me" The point being that the Republican + Tea Party + DINO's + ReTaliban, by virtue of their actions and behaviors of attacking the very people they want to vote for them. They have not put forth any bills for jobs or to help the economy, They have done nothing except push their agenda of tax cuts for the wealthiest, the so called job creators, well answer me this, if the job creators have tax cuts already, why are they sitting on 2 Trillion dollars in surplus and refuse to create jobs or hire americans and still are sending jobs overseas? That is the question for the Republicans.
When the new jobs numbers and unemployment figures came out they were excited and didn't hide it, they seem to think that this will allow them to win back the senate, and the white house, but once again they are misreading the scenario. Fact remains that they are playing games, and now they are doing it with the debt ceiling saying our way or the highway, and they should rethink that stance after all this is the Bush Republican administration deficit all except 4 Trillion, this is something that the republicans fail to acknowledge still., To top all this off, Mcconnell once again stated that his number one priority was to make president a 1 term president, this even before Presidenty Obama took office was the republican stance.
Another digusting fact is that the Republicans want the country to Fail, to go belly up, They do not care about the country, they do not care who they hurt, they just donot care. I come to you as a fellow American in the great writings of our constitutions to back me up, Our forefather never wanted career politicians, their plan was to elect someone, have them serve a term and be allowed to serve a 2nd term if re-elected, then they were to return to their homes and jobs, Period, and By doing it that way there will always be fresh thoughts and ideas in congress.
It is because of our present situation that I am considering moving up my campaign to 2012, It is time for the adults to take over from the children. In this writing i will lay out my immediate plan for our country, to resolve the debt/deficit problem as well as jobs, Infrastructure and Education, It is time to "REBUILD AMERICA NOW"
My first order of business is to issue an Executive Order: To Immediately Roll Back the Bush tax cuts for the top 5% and to make cuts permanent for small businesses and middle class. I would also order the DOJ and the IRS to investigate all corporations and Individuals and to recover all back taxes or face criminal charges.
Including but not limited to confiscating property and any other items such as freezing cfhecking, savings and other accounts until their debt is paid.
Executive Order #2
I will order congress to put together a bill that will separate the debt ceiling, social security, medicare/medicaid as separate and individual entities, and that they cannot be used to bargin with or be held hostage.Furthermore if congress refuses to act I will use every constitutional remedy as president to protect our country and her people, from any and all Domestic terrorism and Obstructionism. Also under this order I will instruct the DOJ to open a full Investigation into the malfeasance and Obstructionism used by the Republicans and the Tea Party that has jeopardized the REcovery, REbuilding of Infrastructure, and Education, as well as jeopardizing the well being and financial status of our contry and her citizens.
My fellow Americans it is past time to bring the hammer down on the Obstructionism conducted by the Republican tea party which is bordering on malfeasance and treason for trying to destroy this country from the inside, Their complete and utter disregard for what the people want, they are acting like a group of spoiled children and it is time for the adults to take control. And It will be done, The games will stop if I am elected. and I will clean house, After all what we need is someone who has NO connections to the corporate world and who are not guided and instructed by the corporate world as well.
The time to REBUILD AMERICA IS NOW and we can do it with your help, So Join me and lets get our country back on track.

I am much in the same boat as our forefathers, they did not know anything nor did they ever hold a public office but they created the Constitution and governed this country with common sense and working together, So it is in the Spirit of the Constitution and our ForeFathers that I push up my Campaign from 2016 to 2012.
I like you have watched as our congressional members have played games after games, I have watched as the Republicans have blackmailed, and held this country and her citizens hostage to get their way. Their behavior reminds me of the Taliban governance, In 2010 they asked for a 2nd chance, and they promised to create and focus on jobs, jobs, jobs, but all we got after the election is a declaration of War on Unions, women and children, Seniors, Veterans, Disabled, Social Programs and a budget plan(Ryan) that would eliminate social security, medicare/medicaid, and would add a Trillion dollars in tax cuts for their rich buddies. This is not what we wanted, but yet the Republicans say it is and that we do not know what we want, Frankly they are the ones that are out of touch, We want jobs, We want the Bush Tax Cuts rolled back for the top 5%, We did not want Unions attacked, The Unions built this country, it is with their backbreaking and calloused hands they built America from the ground up to give us homes, work place safety, bernefits. But yet they have thrown them out and have forgotten about their contributions to this country. The fact is what the Republicans and the Tea Party did after we gave them a second chance in 2010, So Where are the jobs? The Republicans had 4 opportunities to pass a jobs bill brought to the floor by the Democrats and President Obama and they voted "NO" on all 4 times, but yet they Promised if elected and given that golden 2nd chance they would push job creation, They FAILED and they LIED. And Now they have the Audacity to beg for a 3rd chance in 2012? Are they insane? Like the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me Twice Shame on Me" The point being that the Republican + Tea Party + DINO's + ReTaliban, by virtue of their actions and behaviors of attacking the very people they want to vote for them. They have not put forth any bills for jobs or to help the economy, They have done nothing except push their agenda of tax cuts for the wealthiest, the so called job creators, well answer me this, if the job creators have tax cuts already, why are they sitting on 2 Trillion dollars in surplus and refuse to create jobs or hire americans and still are sending jobs overseas? That is the question for the Republicans.
When the new jobs numbers and unemployment figures came out they were excited and didn't hide it, they seem to think that this will allow them to win back the senate, and the white house, but once again they are misreading the scenario. Fact remains that they are playing games, and now they are doing it with the debt ceiling saying our way or the highway, and they should rethink that stance after all this is the Bush Republican administration deficit all except 4 Trillion, this is something that the republicans fail to acknowledge still., To top all this off, Mcconnell once again stated that his number one priority was to make president a 1 term president, this even before Presidenty Obama took office was the republican stance.
Another digusting fact is that the Republicans want the country to Fail, to go belly up, They do not care about the country, they do not care who they hurt, they just donot care. I come to you as a fellow American in the great writings of our constitutions to back me up, Our forefather never wanted career politicians, their plan was to elect someone, have them serve a term and be allowed to serve a 2nd term if re-elected, then they were to return to their homes and jobs, Period, and By doing it that way there will always be fresh thoughts and ideas in congress.
It is because of our present situation that I am considering moving up my campaign to 2012, It is time for the adults to take over from the children. In this writing i will lay out my immediate plan for our country, to resolve the debt/deficit problem as well as jobs, Infrastructure and Education, It is time to "REBUILD AMERICA NOW"
My first order of business is to issue an Executive Order: To Immediately Roll Back the Bush tax cuts for the top 5% and to make cuts permanent for small businesses and middle class. I would also order the DOJ and the IRS to investigate all corporations and Individuals and to recover all back taxes or face criminal charges.
Including but not limited to confiscating property and any other items such as freezing cfhecking, savings and other accounts until their debt is paid.
Executive Order #2
I will order congress to put together a bill that will separate the debt ceiling, social security, medicare/medicaid as separate and individual entities, and that they cannot be used to bargin with or be held hostage.Furthermore if congress refuses to act I will use every constitutional remedy as president to protect our country and her people, from any and all Domestic terrorism and Obstructionism. Also under this order I will instruct the DOJ to open a full Investigation into the malfeasance and Obstructionism used by the Republicans and the Tea Party that has jeopardized the REcovery, REbuilding of Infrastructure, and Education, as well as jeopardizing the well being and financial status of our contry and her citizens.
My fellow Americans it is past time to bring the hammer down on the Obstructionism conducted by the Republican tea party which is bordering on malfeasance and treason for trying to destroy this country from the inside, Their complete and utter disregard for what the people want, they are acting like a group of spoiled children and it is time for the adults to take control. And It will be done, The games will stop if I am elected. and I will clean house, After all what we need is someone who has NO connections to the corporate world and who are not guided and instructed by the corporate world as well.
The time to REBUILD AMERICA IS NOW and we can do it with your help, So Join me and lets get our country back on track.

The March To Washington : Campaign 2016: International
WHAT I WILL DO ONCE ELECTED: MY PROMISE TO THE AMRICAN PEOPLE
My Fellow Americans,
We are 5 years away from the 2016 elections and lot of things can and will change, However, if we are still on our present course with the same and/or deterioting Domestic and International Situations, I will do the following, through the use of Executive Orders and Executive Statements, If I am left with no other choice, and the opinions of the war mongers in congress will not matter, I work for you, and you would have sent me here to do what you wanted to be done over the last 10 years beginning with the 2000 elections.
Enough of the Democrats, Republicans, and the Tea Party. During my writings you will see me refer to the word "ReTaliban" so let me make it perfectly clear, Republicans + Tea Party = "ReTaliban" if you took a moment and thought about it you will understand how the Republicans and the Tea Party have demonstrated a Taliban like governance as Evidenced by their actions of taking away health care, our rights, ignoring the Constitution(except for the parts they like), They have declared war on every Social Program that has and does provide assisstance to Seniors, women, children, veterans, disabled, who depend on those programs to help them, and without those programs a lot of people will be hurt, lose their homes, can't get medicines, and have to chose between paying their bills and buying groceries, But they didn't stop there, The want to dumb americans down and keep us from competing in the world stage by cutting Education nd Infrastructure, grants and schlorships for poor and disadvantaged children, teens, and some adults, They even want to cut On-the-job Training programs. And perhaps the most disgrceful plan of all is their plan to give the top 5% 1Trillion more in tax cuts, Surely, We cannot let this happrn, and we need to protect Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, and despite what the ReTaliban tell you Medicare is not free neither is medicaid, I pay $195.00 a month for Medicare, it is deducted from my SSI benefits, Secondly medicaid is on a sliding pay scale as is the Veterans Hospitals and clinics based on how much you are recieving in benefits. So again the Retaliban are telling the same lies they have been telling for the last 40 years.
The Retaliban have constantly lied to the american people saying that We have a "Spending Problem" when in truth We have a "REVENUE" Problem. It i simple economics 101, When a contry is run by the intake of taxes and that money is what runs the government s well as most programs, the more you cut revenue the higher the deficit the country runs, Let me give you the Perfect Exmple, and We need to Remember this and bring it up every time the Republicans start to tell the same tired lies, When Clinton was president (a democrat), He along with a Bi-Partisan congress managed to balance the Budget, maintained a surplus as well as a projected surplus of 6.5 Trillion over 10 years.
Now lets look at the last 8 years of GWBush, He gve away the 780B surplus to the corporate sector in tax cuts, and added many more loopholes so they could keep more money, while they continued to send American jobs overseas, refusing to hire and pay american workers so it would not interfer with their profits, I mean why pay an educated and experienced employee $10 and upwards an hours (salary), as well as provide benefits, safe work environment and an excellent product, when they can move overseas and get cheap supplies and labor, the known results is a less than stellar product liabled to be recalled? And of the Clinton's Projected 6.5 Trillion surplus over the next 10 years? It was used by the Republican Administration to give more tax cuts to their corporate friends and others.
I have had it with the Democrats, Republicans, and Tea Party, they have wrecked our country Enough, and Frankly " ENOUGH IS ENOUGH " .I PROMISE, To use my Presidentil Powers to make our country better for all of us. As I said earlier, I know that you are tired of hearing what they will do, and they never followed through on the Important items. So let us begin.
My first item is that I will Acknowledge the International Criminal Courts Because we are a part of the world body, and should be held accountable for anmy illegal activities, ( Example : The Republican Administration of President GW Bush and Vice-President Chaney)
My first 2 executive orders will greatly depend upon what the situatiuon is in Iraq, Afghanistan, & Pakistan and will be based on the law both ours, and International Laws. So for the purpose of this article I am basing it on nothing has changed, and we are still in the same position as we are in now.
Executive order # 1: Iraq & Afghanistan
I will issue an order that all troops MUST be out within 180 days from the date of the order. I will also Inform Afghanistan that all money will be stopped due to their failure to hold up their part of the agreement to bring in and/or capture Al-Quida leaders.Furthermore if they allow the Taliban to participate in government without them making any changes in how they act towards women and children, and then they allow al-quida a safe haven again we will be back and this time the gloves will be off, and there will be no dragging ass, A Fast, powerful hit and withdrawal, Just like we did in Kuwait. But I sincerely hope it will not come to that, Becuse it is past time to put our Country first and rebuild our country,keeping jobs in America, and manufacturing.
Executive Statement # 1 : To Pakistan Government
Included with this Executive order will be a Statement to Pakistan informing them that all money will be stopped due to abuse and misuse of funds by giving it to the taliban and allowing al-quida to use their country as a safe haven to continue their planning and destructive ways. Also for pakistan's refusal to fullfill their agreement to capture or kick out Al Quida. Secondly, It is sad that Pakistan has decided to side with al-quida's protectors, the Taliban.
Executive Statement # 1, Section 2: Taliban & Al-Quida:
Furthermore, I will issue a statement to al-quida calling them as I see them, as the cowards they are for hiding behind the burka's and innocent children, s well as their caves. They are not brave, they are cowrds and their own people are realizing that they are nothing, their importnce is null and void, basically their time is up, And I would advise the Taliban to turn over all Al-Quida's leaders, including Bin Laden and to cut their losses.
Executive Order # 2 : Gitmo closure
I will have ordered that Gitmo be closed and returned to it Military duty post withing 90 days of the issuance of this order., And that all prisoners left will be transferred to Alcatraz Federal Prison for their Military Tribunials and the central location where they will serve their time, or their death depending on the verdict handed down. Alcatraz will also house all prisoners accused of treason against the United States.
Executive Statement # 2 Refitting of Alcatraz
I have ordered the Defense and Justice Department to refurbish and reassign Alcatraz to be a Federally and military run Facility. It is a self contained Island with it's own Power plant, gas stations, groceries, medical center, as well as a Gated Neighborhood, not to mention it is in the middle of the bay with no escape.
Secondly : I authorize the DOJ and DOD to establish a courtroom and jury room so that all prisoners can obtain their trial, since they have been held for 12 or more years without a trial, This will stop and they will be tried.
Executive Statement # 3 : To Congress
I will inform both the house and the Senate that from this point on they will follow the constitutional lay out of congress, which states the length and duration of a congressional session, Days off, voting, etc.
As for the Senate, From this point on there will be No More calling in Filabusters. Whom ever calls for a filabuster must be prepared to stand the floor 24/7, including using cots, and ordering in food, bathroom breaks will be allowed providing another member of the party takes over and maintains the floor, by reading the dictionary if necessary, or the constitution, But the floor must be held at all times and can be yeilded for questions and answers, Also all members of the party MUST be present at all times
Secondly ; I will suggest that all congressional members check their egos and party affiliations at the door before entering the Peoples house to do business, and to focus on what is best for the American people and our Country
Executive Statement # 4 : Investigations
I will Instruct the Department of Justice to open a full and in depth Investigation into the abuse of power, Violations of both US laws and International Laws by the Republican Administration of President George W. Bush and Vice- President Dick Chaney, to include but not limited to Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove, Condi Rice, and Ashcroft, and their part they played in the abuse, misuse, and Illegal actions beginning with the 2000 and 2004 Presidential Elections, and to include and Investigation of the Supreme Court and their possible abuse and misuse of their offices and ignoring the voting and recount laws established to provide for a legitimate and legal and honest elections.
Furthermore, I will order the DOJ to look into both Criminal and civil law violations involving Iraq and our unprovoked attack on a soverign nation without just cause. It will also include all documents leading up to Iraq to include all forged intelligence, all statements made in connection with WMD's. It will also cover the untruths and false testimony to the congress, the American people, the UN, our allies, and the world.
I further suggest that they be turned over to the International Criminal Court for prosecution.
In closing, I would sincerely hope that our situation has changed and that we are out of Iraq and Afghanistan but at the rate the Retalibans are moving they want us there for 20 years, and that WILL NOT HAPPEN ON MY WATCH, no matter what the war mongers have to say, It is done, and we will be out of there ASAP.
I want you to remember something, When Clinton was President he also had a divided congress, and they proved that they could work together for the betterment of the country and her people, They managed to Balance the budget all 6 years, they managed to have a $780B surplus and a projected Surplus of 6.5 Trillion over 10 years. However, NEVER forget That a Republican Administration Gave away the surplus, started a war, and an "Illegal" war, and the Prescription drug programs, plus more tax cuts, and they did all this based on the 6.5 Trillion projected surplus thus wiping it out. NEVER Forget that Under the Republican Administration that they sent more jobs overseas, opened more loopholes and benefits to the top 5%, and by 2009 lost over 10 Million jobs, and a deficit of 12 Trillion once all the surpluses, wars, and drug plans, and tax cuts are added together, and lets not forget the buy out of freddie and fannie by the bush administration, and the bailout of wall street. And the difference in President Bush and President Obama, is this, Bush gave the funds away with no expectations to pay it back, where as President Obama forced the automotive Industry to pay it back in full with intrest and they have.

The March To Washington : Campaign 2016 :Part 1 of 6
My Fellow Americans,
Our Founding Fathers never intended for the United States to have career politicians tht serve more than 2 terms in any office, much less in office for 20 years. Their intention was for the average american to run for office and if they win serve their terms and then return back to their home and jobs.
It is because of the Constitution that I am contemplating a run for President in 2016, and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my platform, and where I see this great country heading. While my experience is not in law, nor have I served in congress, my experience as That American our founding fathers wrote about is all the basis I need. When I joined the Navy I raised my right hand and swore to protect and defend not just the constitution, but our country and her people from both foreign and domestic enemies, and even though I am disabled Desert Storm Veteran I still hold that oath as a civilian close to my heart.
I never thought I would see the day when I would have to mobilize against a Domestic Enemy, but it is happening and it is getting worse. It seems that the Republicans Tea Party wants to not only rewrite our constitution, but they have Declared War on the middle Class, Poor, Unions, Government Departments(that protect our air, skies, water, earth along with Education and Infrastructure), And Social Programs that help millions of your fellow citizens as well as probably yourselves. We Cannot let this happen, and It must be stopped and only you can do that, and we can do it together.
For 12 years I have watched as the Republicans, Tea Party, and Democrats do nothing but mostly watched the Republicans destroy our country and way of life by shunning the american people and supporting and protecting their corporate campaign piggie banks. I have watched as the top 2-5% of our citizens have gotten richer and everyone else has gotten poorer, while they get tax cuts and tax cuts and benefits as they continue to send American manufacturing and jobs overses, While they refuse to pay livable wages, provide health and other insurances, as they refuse equal pay for men and women, and as they rebuild other countries and give their own country the middle finger. And Why do they do this? First off they do not like to pay a decent wage because that along with other benefits cuts into their profits, Secondly, They do not want to pay for experienced and educated employees nor do they want to pay for better supplies for their products, Instead, They want to protect their Profits so they send everything overseas where they do not have to follow any laws on pay, benefits, safety, and they can get cheap supplies. Where they do not have to follow Regulations to provide safe work and products, it is clear because they are always complaining. I have also watched as the Republicans and Democrats, but mostly Republicans have consistantly lied, have used fear tactics to scare voters, so they will vote them back into office where they can continue doing nothing, where they can continue to cause heartache on the backs of the middle class, And What I have said was proven in the November 2010 elections, When the Republican Tea Party promised to work on jobs, jobs, jobs, economy and deficit, They were so determined that that was their campaign promise they even refused to discuss, much less debate any type of Social Issues or Programs, But as I knew they would, Their Hypocracies would show itself and their true plan for the country would be revealed, and it was, As proven by the riders added into the budget, Instead of adding a jobs bill, or other economy growing bills, or increases in revenue, They Declared War on the Middle Class, They are defunding many Social Programs that help millions of your fellow americans as well as yourselves, which is not good in these tough times with all the unemployment and deficits, Not only that, but they have lied outright to you, Jobs and Economy is number 1 they said well, The first thing they did was to try and repeal the healthcare, but they did not provide a replacement they promised to do, Defunding the EPA, NPR, Planned Parenthood, NOAA, Hurricane Warning Programs, Earthquake Warning programs, as well as Tsunami Warning Systems and the United Way? They seem to think this will reduce the deficit. Which by the way the Republicans still REFUSE to acknowledge or accept the fact that are personally RESPONSIBLE for the bulk of our deficit, As Well As the bulk of Unemployed Americans. They have not only showed their immaturity but they have shown that they do not care about this country or its people. They wrap themselves in the flag and the Constitution all the while stabbing the american people in the back and showing what hypocrits they are, and do not think the Democrats are getting off too easy, They are being Cowards for not standing up to the Republicans as well as to the corporations they are also protecting, and are putting profits over the needs of the american people. I will address that further in Part 3 and 4 as well.
The Fact is this, We need a Toughness that neither party has provided. We need Action not bickering and games, In the following statements I will list my ideas and the actions I would take if I was elected. And the First and Most Important Pledge I give to You, Is to NOT take any Corporate Money, To truly run this campaign of the people, by the people and for the people. This will be a true grassroots campaign, Unlike the Tea Party who is supported and funded by the Koch Brothers, Armey Fletcher, and Karl Rove as well as the Republicans and democrats and their Foreign funds made through American companies. I swear my Oath to run a clean and Honest campaign.
So, Let the Battle Begin
Our Founding Fathers never intended for the United States to have career politicians tht serve more than 2 terms in any office, much less in office for 20 years. Their intention was for the average american to run for office and if they win serve their terms and then return back to their home and jobs.
It is because of the Constitution that I am contemplating a run for President in 2016, and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my platform, and where I see this great country heading. While my experience is not in law, nor have I served in congress, my experience as That American our founding fathers wrote about is all the basis I need. When I joined the Navy I raised my right hand and swore to protect and defend not just the constitution, but our country and her people from both foreign and domestic enemies, and even though I am disabled Desert Storm Veteran I still hold that oath as a civilian close to my heart.
I never thought I would see the day when I would have to mobilize against a Domestic Enemy, but it is happening and it is getting worse. It seems that the Republicans Tea Party wants to not only rewrite our constitution, but they have Declared War on the middle Class, Poor, Unions, Government Departments(that protect our air, skies, water, earth along with Education and Infrastructure), And Social Programs that help millions of your fellow citizens as well as probably yourselves. We Cannot let this happen, and It must be stopped and only you can do that, and we can do it together.
For 12 years I have watched as the Republicans, Tea Party, and Democrats do nothing but mostly watched the Republicans destroy our country and way of life by shunning the american people and supporting and protecting their corporate campaign piggie banks. I have watched as the top 2-5% of our citizens have gotten richer and everyone else has gotten poorer, while they get tax cuts and tax cuts and benefits as they continue to send American manufacturing and jobs overses, While they refuse to pay livable wages, provide health and other insurances, as they refuse equal pay for men and women, and as they rebuild other countries and give their own country the middle finger. And Why do they do this? First off they do not like to pay a decent wage because that along with other benefits cuts into their profits, Secondly, They do not want to pay for experienced and educated employees nor do they want to pay for better supplies for their products, Instead, They want to protect their Profits so they send everything overseas where they do not have to follow any laws on pay, benefits, safety, and they can get cheap supplies. Where they do not have to follow Regulations to provide safe work and products, it is clear because they are always complaining. FOREIGN AFFAIRS
C) FOREIGN AFFAIRS:
This Includes a working Game Plan for Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, North Korea, and now Yemen. Their are some ideas that I will not elaborate on, On this blog, but would be willing to discuss it with you through e-mail.
In the Early days of our country when Wagon Trains explored the West and taking the Brave families to a New world, Usually they were escorted by the U.S. Calvary to Protect them against the Native Americans who did not like us because we killed the Buffalo and We invaded their lands, At Later date the US made treaties with the different tribes that would allow us safe passage, But like Every group there were the Extremist that did not approve of the Treaties and attacked the Wagon Trains and Killed most of the men and took the women and children hostage and sooner or later they came around to understanding the plight and the feelings of the native American Tribes.
In some areas, the gateway to the West, was guarded by many Forts were Established and protected by the Buffalo Soliders. Here's a little bit of History, The Native Americans looked up to the black soliders as brave since the majority of troops that went after the extremist were the buffalo soliders, anyway, they were given the nickname because their hair looked like the hair of a Buffalo, which was a very big compliment, especially since Buffalo was held in high esteem in the Native American People.
You are probable wondering why? I am giving a brief history lesson? Well, the Fact is that we can learn alot from the Native Americans(I Am part Native American). By the same token, We can learn from the tactics of the Calvary. When an Attack was approaching, the Wagons would circle, and place the women and children in the center, or if they were near a cavern/cave, they were put there for safe keeping. So Now you are really asking what in the Hell this has to do with Foreign Affairs and preventative Tactics that would provide clear cut ideas providing for the Capture of the murders of 9/11 and the continued hijacking of the islamic Religion, by these "COWARDLY" EXTREMIST. I mean come on how Brave does a so called man have to be to Attack Innocent women and children, ooo, tough guys. They are Cowards, and Just like even our own Religious Groups has their "Extremist Side" Who uses the bible for their own Personal Ideas and Feelings, And they constantly try to submit Laws, Bills, and Amendments that, VIOLATE Our CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS of the
"SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" And any congressional members that votes to include a Religious based Bill in the Health Care bill, or in any other Bill, (IE: DOMA, & PROP 8) this is a direct Violation of the constitution, and Our Founding Fathers saw what type of serious trouble that could happen when a country is run by Religious Based Laws it becomes a Theocracy.
Now you are really wondering where I am going? Well, Most Muslim Nations are run by Theocracies. And If we stoop to their level like Bush/Chaney did with using Blackwater as their "Private Army". I don't need to continue.
My Foreign Affair Game Plan is Based on the early tactics used by the US Calvary as well as the excellent tracking skills of the native americans. I call it, " CIRCLING THE WAGONS ",
Several things need to happen, First Off, We must be Prepared that when we Capture the killers of 9/11 and our soliders, We need to have a Safe Place to Bring them to, And that Place is " ALCATRAZ " which needs to be reclassified as a High Security Military prision. It is self sufficient with it's own electric company, gas, phone, groceries, and housing, courtroom, Solitary cells, and the Death Chamber. It also can be protected by the Military 360 degrees since it is surrounded by water, and NO ONE has ever Escaped, Between the temperature of the Water, the few Sharks, and the distance between it and the Mainland, that unless they were Olympic swimmers they would NOT make it off the ROCK.
This is a Better suggestion than Illnois in the middle of a populated town, even though they do need the Jobs.
Secondly, GITMO, is a Disgrace on American History, We are not torturers, and the Fact that Bush ok'd any method was against the constitutions and our own laws, as well as Military field manual guide.
Most of the World Respects us because we do have Honor, we do make sure that we have the right person and that they did do exactly what they are accused of. They know that We are an Honorable People, but Every now and again we get leaders that are a little psycho(ie President Chaney),
Anyway that's a different Topic, Back to my Plan of " CIRCLING THE WAGONS "

Our first Priority is to leave Iraq.
The second part, would be aligining with pakistan army to have them surround the Al-Quida and Bin laden and chase them back across the mountains to the Open arms of our Special Forces. Where we will be waiting to take them into custody, Pick them off one by one, Or just Napalm the Mountain Ridge. and that's the End of that Story, and We All come home.
" CIRCLE THE WAGONS, PART 2 "
Send our troops to friendly country, Have yemeni Army and Security circle the tribal areas where Al-Quida is training, We will have our fleet standing by in the Gulf so that they CANNOT escape by means of Water, Have Our troops from Afghanistan and Iraq would be stationed on the ships waiting for the call from the Yemeni Officials to lend Assistance.
These same tactics can be used in other Countries as well. It would reduce the American Loss of life, and Cut down on the cost of the War. It would save lives, and those we capture, would Immediately be sent to "ALCATRAZ " for Military Trial and Death by Firing Squad once found guility.
Now a bigger problem is the "EGO'S " OF THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES, This is where the Problems lie. The easiest Solution is to Divide our Intelligence Agencies and give them Specific Assignments, That would also help us pin point who screwed up and should be fired. Example, FBI would handle Threats on American Soil, ONLY Instead of focusing on the Criminal side of the fgederal Laws. CIA would be in charge of handling the International Threats, ONLY.
We would set up a different FBI Group to handle the Criminal end of US Laws and Trials.
We would set up a different CIA Group to handle the prosecutions of International Incidents.
The point is that what the Bush administration and the Republican Congress tried to do by putting Everyone under the guise of " HOMELAND SECURITY " Has FAILED, One big Mistake was puttting FEMA under the same Umbrella, because, It Severely Damaged their Response time to Hurricane Katrina, Rita, Ike. If you were to look back at their actions during the Hurricane Andrew disaster, their response was Immediate, Their financial support and funding was Immediate. Bush and the Republicans screwed up.
If we were to enact the above mentioned ideas, We would have all our Military members Home, and turn the Planning and action to Our Special Forces since they are Better Trained to handle these " COWARDS " that hide in caves and Kills Women and Children. These Terrorist have Hijacked a Beautiful Religion, and it is no different than the Extreme Right Wing Religious Conservatives that constantly try to get " RELIGIOUS BASED BILLS, ACTS AND AMENDMENTS ", passed in Congress, Despite the fact that they are in " VIOLATION of CHURCH AND STATE" As well as the Constitutional Rights of their Fellow Americans as given under our Constitution.
We are a Country of Laws, and Our Laws were dictated to us by the Constitution. But this is another story for another time.
The FACT remains is that Time has come to Bring our Military home. We didn't have help as we fought Our civil War, and Countries like Iraq, and Iran must fight on their own, And as Free People, We need to support the Freedom Fighters in these Countries.

Chaney, Rove, and Rumsfeld were ticked off at Bush Sr. for NOT Following Saddam back to Bagdad to take him out, so they Swore that someway, somehow, someday, they will Finish what Bush Sr. would NOT, and they Found a Perfect Sucker in Bush Jr. Here's Another little Fact, many people don't know, Bush Sr. Army Generals warned him that if we were to follow saddam, That is what he wanted, then that way we would be trapped, Much like we are Now with thousands of Innocent military lives Lost, Needlessly, and it did not have to happen. Chaney, Bush, Rove, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, should be brought up on charges for, Not Only Starting a War based on LIES, But for Abandoning our troops, NATO, Our Allies and the Afghan people, to Start this Illegal War. But that too is a Different Story.
