My Fellow Americans,
This is truly a sad day. As I watch the tactics of the Republicans from the Obstruction in congress, 435 filabusters since President Obama was sworn in, Ignoring their oath of office and job responsibilities of Raising Revenue to keep the government functioning, only to follow a criminal pledge that violates Federal laws by obstructing and interferring with not only government operations but congressional operations, then the attempt by the republican governors to change the voting laws which if successful, would deprive over 5 million people their Constitutional rights to vote, I have seen their blatant disreguard for the Constitution, their declaring War on the American people, the Social Programs that help millions of women, children, seniors, veterans, including their attack on the very people that built this country, that serve this country that protect our streets, that heal us, the unions have built this country with their blood, sweat, and tears, and since 2010 we have watched them attempt to destroy the very fabric of our country, And this MUST BE STOPPED and ONLY we can do that in 2012, We MUST send the message We will not be governed as the afghanis were governed by the Talibasn.
Now many people say that i am being hard in comparing the Republi8cans to the Taliban, But I ask you to take a minute, and research the Taliban and how they governed, and then ask yourself, IS THIS THE TYPE OF GOVERNMENT WE WANT? I sure don't. I am a Veteran, I am dedicated to this country, I swore to protect it from both Foreign and DOMESTIC enemies, & I fear they are at the door,and the way the Republican Tea Party are acting, behaving, & trying to destroy social safety nets you cannot help but to connect them together hence why I refer to them as the RETALIBAN = Republicans + Tea Party = ReTaliban.
Furthermore they are trying to take away our Constitutional rights, when they came into session the first thing they did was to read the full Constitution, and only thing I can say is that they MUST have slept through it, because under the constitution as it lists the job responsibilities of the house The house job is to Raise Revenue to keep the government operating, but what have they done? They, 238 house members signed a pledge to NEVER Raise taxes, as did 43 members of the Senate, but what are they doing Now? They are allowing the taxes to be raised on 160millon americans on january 1st to the tune of 1k, So it makes me realize that their pledge is to the top 5%, and that is ok to raise taxes on the Middle Class and poor who are living paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet, going without medicines, groceries, and many americans will end up losing their homes and cars because they cannot pay their mortgage, and many more will be out on the street because they cannot pay their rent, water, electricity, phone, school tutition, etc. This is what the Republicans are causing to happen by their hatred of the President and as Sen Mcconnell said that their first job is to make the President a 1 term president and frankly they mean it, They have also shown that they DO NOT CARE about anyone except their jobs, and protecting their rich buddies and corporate contributors, when it is the middle class and poor that needs their protection, Furthermore the top 5% can afford a half % increase in taxes or even a 1% increase.
In closing we must remember that we are Americans. We are Equal, We must fight for our and to keep our rights, to assemble, to speak out, to vote, to make this truly a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, We need to STAND UP against the Republicans and their corporate buddies that they are protecting, The Fact is the Republicans are hurting the american people, HURTING the very people they want to vote for them, they have made their bed and now they must lay in it, they chose a pledge, obstruction as well as ignored their oath of office. and they will find out in 2012 that WE THE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT THEIR TACTICS NOR GOVERNANCE We must take back the house, whatever senate seats that are available as well as keep the white house.
IT HAS BECOME A MATTER OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD, PROTECTING OUR FAMILIES AND RIGHTS, and ONLY we have the power to stop them.

SET UP FOR FAILURE
My Fellow Americans,
I want to address the FACT that SpeakerBoehner, Representative Eric Cantor, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch Mcconnell put only congressional members that signed the Grover Norquist Pledge, instead of chosing between the 535 members of the House he chose between the 238 members of the House that signed the Pledge, and Senator Mcconnell did the same thing, he had 100 senators to choose from but yet he picked only from the 43 senators that also signed the Norquist Pledge, Thus Setting the stage for the Super Committee to Fail, in hopes that it will also take down President Obama and give them more leverage in the 2012 elections.
I want to also remind you what Senator Mitch Mcconnell said 5-7 days after the 2008 election, Before President elect Obama was sworn in, and I Quote "MY NUMBER ONE GOAL IS TO MAKE BARACK OBAMA A 1 TERM PRESIDENT" and he had the nerve to repeat the same thing or similar sentiments on the floor of the US Senate, "THAT THEIR GOAL WAS TO MAKE PRESIDENT OBAMA A 1 TERM PRESIDENT"
Quotes like this are a DISGRACE as well as DISRESPECTFUL not only to Presifent Obama but to the Office of the President, which should not surprise any of us, after all when you have congressional house members yelling at the President, at the State of the Union that "You Lie" There is something very wrong with the level of DISRESPECT that the Republicans have and continue to show towards the President of the United States, It is uncalled for, Unpatriotic, Un-American, & a Disgrace. FACT is there was a time, not so far back that even if congress or others did not like the person who was president, they at least showed RESPECT TO THE OFFICE OF THE PREIDENT that is the American Way and right thing to do, it is ok to dislike or even hate the president, But it is NOT ok to show a TOTAL & BLATANT DISRESPECT as the Rpublicans have and continue to do.
I want to also take this time to talk to you about the Desparation and Dishonesty as well as the Fear the Republicans have and their hunger for power that they have even taken to changing Voter Registration and Laws as well as redistricting to make sure that it will be harder for the american people to vote and would give them a big jump on their side. This is criminal and is smelling like 2000 when SCOTUS interferred with the voting procedures and ended the florida recount. They were out of line and then the nerve of after stopping the recount they APPOINTED Bush/Cheney to the highest office in our country. Then again in 2004, they organized a group of so called veterans that were corporate shills to slam and slander Senator John Kerry, with lies.
If anything the Republicans have Proven that they will do or say anything to get and maintain power
Now the Financial angle, It was President Bush that took control of Freddie/Fannie & brought them closer into the government, bought them out so to speak in 2006/07. They are also responsible for bailing out the Banks, repealing Glass-Steigle, allowing the banks to get to the size they are now, they provided cover and still provide protection for their corporate contributors, they have also derailed regulations and want to remove them all the way, The Fact is, is that we need stronger regulations, we need to repeal the citizens united decision, "CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE" They are run by people which doesn't make them a person, nor entitled to individual rights, and until i see them pay both corporate and individual taxes they are not people. as well as face criminal charges for their part in the crash
I would also remind everyone that it is not all of the banks and wall streets fault, it is also congresses fault, Because in truth they would not have been able to get away with their crimes if they did not have the protection of the Republican Party and the Blue Dog Democrats, which they still have to this day.
Furthermore, The Republicans have blasted the president and the democrats for not passing their so called jobs bills, as well as other bills, Here's the problem EVERY BILL THE REPUBLICANS HAVE BROUGHT UP, BEGINS THE SAME WAY, "TAX CUTS FOR THE TOP 5%" would someone please tell me how that will create jobs? They have had 11 years of Tax Cuts to the so called "Job Creators" and I want to know, NO I DEMAND and we all should, WHERE ARE THE JOBS? In Fact, they have tax cuts right now and have had them so again I ask, WHERE R THE JOBS? & WHY IS UNEMPLOYMENT STILL AT 9% Why? It is a shame that the Republicans refuse to admit that their plan is an absolute FAILURE, 11 years is long enough Bush tax cuts will expire for everyone except Small Businesses and middle class and that is a fact, We as citizens and as Americans MUST stop this criminal activity carried out by the members of congress, granted not all, just the 238 house members and 43 senate member who have decided to put their Pledge to Grover Norquist over their Oaths of Office and their Job Duties. Many people will say that signing a pledge is not illegal, well in the case of Grover Norquist's Pledge it Obstructs not only overnment operations but congressional operations as well by not allowing the house members to do their jobs of Raising revenue according to the duties listed in the Constitution. In fact it is a Federal Offense to interfer with any type of Government Operations, and in the case of the congressional members they have Violated their Oaths to this country and to do their jobs, and should be made to chose either their jobs and their oath to the constitution? or continue to follow their pledge to Norquist, and if they chose the later then they should face sanctions for ethics violations and/or MUST resign Immediately or face even the chance of federal charges of Obstruction.
Now In closing once again the Republicans refused to extend the payroll tax cut, as well as the unemployment insurance unless they get cuts to pay for it, And once again they have REFUSED TO RAISE REVENUE, REFUSED TO DO THEIR JOBS, and Once again they will ATTEMPT TO hold the American people HOSTAGE AND USE BLACKMAIL TO GET THEIR WAY, This has to STOP. The President needs to stand and Stay Strong against the Rep[ublicans and their constant protection of the top 5%, the ones that can afford to pay taxes. Furthermore they continue to LIE, The Bush tax cuts will be made Permanent for Small Businesses and the Middle Class, and ONLY END FOR THE TOP 5% but the Republicans would have you believe that your taxes will be raised by the President and that is Just ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR LIES.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Time for the Republicans to decide, THEY ARE EITHER WITH THE AMERICAN PEOPLE(99%) OR THEY ARE AGAINST THE PEOPLE? And by their continued actions to protect their corporate contributors they are willing to IGNORE what the American WANT & DEMAND
They MUST be stopped, and only we can do that by going and voting to take back the People's House, as well as Taking all available Senate Seats, and Keep the White House, This is the only chance we have to make our country STRONG again So Please Join me, Write, Call. e-mail, your Representatives, senators, as well as the Speaker Boehner, and tell them THEY HAVE TO CHOSE OR LOSE? REBUILD AMERICA PART 3
My Fellow Americans,
I want to address several subjects in this post, And the most Important topic right now is the "Occupy Movement" This is a true grass roots group and it is growing stronger day by day, it is no longer just in our country, but it has spread across the world, they like us are tired of the top 5% destroying our countries and we appreciate their support, This is not a sprint, this is a marathon and the world is watching as the Republican Party call us a mob, lazy, etc, and corporations are making "donations" to NYPD and other city PD's, for extra protection, a perfect example is Chase/Morgan who gave 4.7M to the NYPD a so called donation, for extra protection, i recall 700 people got arrested the next day, Hmmm, Think about it.
This Movement is sending the Global Message, that the Rich get Richer and the Poor get Poorer, and the Republicans want to give them more tax cuts saying they will create jobs, well they have had 11 years to prove that it works, but it has been a Dismal FAILURE, Ask the Republicans, Where are the Jobs? Why is the Unemployment rate still high? Why are they refusing to do what the American People are asking them to do? The Answer is simple but very sad and a Disgrace to this country, It is their hatred of President Obama that drives them, as an example, Republican Senator Mitch Mcconnell gave a statement a couple days after the 2008 elections, it read, " My and my fellow Republicans main priority is to make President Obama a 1 term President" this was said before President elect Obama even took his Oath, and he has been fighting the Disrespect ever since, Perhps the most Disgraceful and Disrespectful act of all was when a Republican member of the House yelled out "you Lie" at the Live/Televised State of the Union Address, and he did not apologize nor was he censured for his actions. And the Disrespect continues today.
To move on let's address Wall Street and the Bankers, the very same corporations that we help build to what they are today, and who we bailed out when they were in trouble, but yet they have done nothing to pay us back, they are responsible for the millions of dollars in retirement and college funds that they stole to make their speculative investments.A tax should be placed on them known as a Transaction Tax and the money will be used to pay back the american people. They could also put a Freeze on all foreclosures, and hire the people necessary to review each and every case, and make modifications and refinancing for as many as possible. But let us not forget that they would not have been able to get away with the criminal and immoral acts if they did not have the Protection of the Republican Party and the DINO's, beginning with their repeal of the glass-steigle act in 1999, that allowed the banks to join all their departments together instead of keeping them separate, The solution is to reinstate the Glass-Steigle Act as soon as possible, and force the banks to break themselves up bck into their separate divisions because if they were separate then they would not be able to use retirement and college funds to invest and speand. The fact is they are guility of Fraud and misleading the american people, But like I said, they are not solely to blame, We must hold the Rpublicans accountable for their actions while they were in office where they lied us into a war, protected criminals on Wall street and their Banker contributors.
The First and Fore most biggest crisis facing the American people is Jobs and lack of Jobs. Today the Republicans proved where they stand on jobs by the Senate filabustering the Presidents American Jobs Act, and the Repuvlican members of the House led by Cantor that they have refused to even bring the American Jobs Act to debate on the floor, Once again refusing to do their jobs and failing to honor their oaths to do their jobs. They have proven that they do not care about the American People, In fact they are bringing up another abortion bill, what does that have to do with Jobs? Furthermore like I sad earlier, their jobs plan of tax cuts to the top 5% or as they call them the "Job Creators" have had 11 years of tax cuts and have not created any jobs. We need to ask the Republicans, "Where Are The Jobs?" They promised that if they were given a second chance in 2010 that they would focus only on the jobs and economy, but what they did was to break unions, and declare war on social programs, on women, children, seniors, disabled, Veterans, police, fire, ems, Nurses, and perhaps the most important people in our childrens lives, "Teachers", You have to ask yourself, What are the Republicans doing? Why do they Hate the American People? and Why do they care more about Protecting their Corporate Contributors?,
The republicans have presented what they call a jobs bill, It startes with tax cuts for the top 5%, repeal of all regulations on wall street and corporations, it continues to cut social programs and infrastructure, education, EPA, as well as other programs that are needed, it also includes the balance budget amendment, Now What i want to know, Is this, HOW IN THE HELL WILL THIS CREATE JOBS?
The American people need to wake up NOW, if the republicans get power our country is lost and it will be known as the " Corporate States of America" or even worse, "Christian States of America" I ask you, IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? DO YOU WANT TALIBAN GOVERNANCE? I say HELL NO, WE WILL NOT LET THEM DESTROY OUR COUNTRY, WE HAVE TO FIGHT BACK, WE HAVE ORGANIZED AND MOBILIZED AND HAVE FINALLY TAKEN TO THE STREET. IT IS TIME TO SEND CONGRESS THE MESSAGE THAT IT IS TIME FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS, AND STOP PUTTING POLITICS ABOVE THE VOTERS, WE ARE FED UP, WE ARE TIRED, AND WE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THE REPUBLICANS AND DINO'S SAY "WE ARE DONG WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT" OR "WE ARE LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE"
FACT IS WE NOW KNOW IT WAS ALL A LIE, AND THE LIES CONTINUE AS THEY REFUSE TO WORK ON JOBS AND ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH THEIR CORPORATE BUDDIES, . THIS MUST BE STOPPED. NOW!!!
In closing The way that we stop Wall street is by placing Regulations, taking away the loopholes and subsidies, and we do that with LAWS SO IT ALL COMES BACK TO CONGRESS. I SAY WE OCCUPY THE CAPITAL, WE TELL CONGRESS WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH, AND ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THAT THEY ARE WITH THE PEOPLE OR THEY ARE AGAINST THE PEOPLE.

We need to ask the Republicans, "Where Are The Jobs?" They promised that if they were given a second chance in 2010 that they would focus only on the jobs and economy, but what they did was to break unions, and declare war on social programs, on women, children, seniors, disabled, Veterans, police, fire, ems, Nurses, and perhaps the most important people in our childrens lives, "Teachers", You have to ask yourself, What are the Republicans doing? Why do they Hate the American People? and Why do they care more about Protecting their Corporate Contributors?,
The republicans have presented what they call a jobs bill, It startes with tax cuts for the top 5%, repeal of all regulations on wall street and corporations, it continues to cut social programs and infrastructure, education, EPA, as well as other programs that are needed, it also includes the balance budget amendment, Now What i want to know, Is this, HOW IN THE HELL WILL THIS CREATE JOBS?
The American people need to wake up NOW, if the republicans get power our country is lost and it will be known as the " Corporate States of America" or even worse, "Christian States of America" I ask you, IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? DO YOU WANT TALIBAN GOVERNANCE? I say HELL NO, WE WILL NOT LET THEM DESTROY OUR COUNTRY, WE HAVE TO FIGHT BACK, WE HAVE ORGANIZED AND MOBILIZED AND HAVE FINALLY TAKEN TO THE STREET. In closing The way that we stop Wall street is by placing Regulations, taking away the loopholes and subsidies, and we do that with LAWS SO IT ALL COMES BACK TO CONGRESS. Facts Republicans Ignore
My fellow Americans,
I want to address the topics we have been hearing about, debt, deficit, debt ceiling, loopholes, subsidies, and rolling back the taxes for the top 5% to pre-bush rates a whole total of 4% from 35 to 39, and the fact that 437 CEO's do Not have a problem with that, nor the loopholes or subsidies, they do not have a problem with allowing the small businesses and middle class keep their tax cuts., and they have sent 2 letters pertaining to those facts, one in dec 2010 which the republicans ignored, and then again last week that they ignored again along with letters from the National Governors Association telling them to STOP with the games and approve the debt ceiling, and move on. The republicans have shown that they do not care about the country, or the american people, but the biggest disgrace is the fact that they have put their pledge to Grover Norquist above their OATH to their couintry, it's citizens and their jobs. The only pledge they should honor is their Oath to do their jobs, if not they need to resign.
Let's start out with the debt ceiling. In 2000 when bush was sworn in his debt clock started and everything he spent on his watch is the responsiblity of the republicans and need to be paid. His debt clock stopped when President Obama was sworn in, and the debt was 12.5Trillion, with the loss of over 12 million jobs, in which 8 Million that were sent overseas.. The point is this, Obama's debt clock started on Jan 21 2009 with his swearing in, but the Republicans and the Tea party would have you believe that obama is responsible for the whole amount, which is wrong.
And lets us not forget that President obama went against his base and offered the republicans a 4.7T deal, a 2.5 T deal and a 1 T deal, and the republicans walked away from all of them. but yet they still want us to blame the President. Once again the Republicans have demonstrated their lack of seriousness concerning the debt/deficit. The fact that the Republicans are not dealing with the debt ceiling also shows the american people they are Irresponsible and would prefer to see the country default.
Secondly, The ReTaliban( Republicans + Tea Party Extremist =). Have made it clear that they have no intention of working with President Obama, another example, The fact that Eric Cantor is once again using a disaster to demand cuts just like he did to the people of joplin and the devasting tornado, and now he is doing the same thing to 8 states including his own voters and supporters, The action by him and the House clearly show they have no concern or compassion for the victium of disasters, first the earthquake, then Hurricane Irene, and then TS Lee, and the damage continues with their rivers flooding whole towns, and It is a DISGRACE to even think that people like Cantor and the House would deny and threaten to close the government to get thir way once again, This has to STOP, We MUST Stop this behavior by the Republican tea party, and the way we do that is to vote them out and retake the House as well as whatever senate seats they have available and to protect the white house, Because if we don't, Our country will be lost, We have already had a preview of what they intend on doing and how they intend on governing, and We cannot let that happen.
Thirdly, The Republicans refuse to l;isten to over 88% of the american "VOTERS" who clearly want the bush tax cuts rolled back for the top 5% while keeping the cuts for the middle class and small businesses.
Also The GOTP refuse to admit that their tax cuts have failed, the President even gave them another 2 years to prove their theory that tax cuts create jobs, Well It is a FAILURE, Where are the Jobs? Why hasn't the house approved any of the 7 jobs bills that have been put forward in the last 2 and a half years?
Did you know that they voted down 4 of the 7 jobs bills and they refuse to allow the other 3 to even come to the floor for debate? And yet they have the nerve to say they are for jobs and the people? More Lies as usual.
In Closing, My Fellow American, The Actions and Behavior of the Republican Tea Party is an Insult to the American people, and a Disgrace to this country, their state, the voters, and seen by the world as criminal. They have decided that defeating the President, Taking Power, and Politics are more Important than the country, than jobs, than teachers, police, fire, ems, unions, women, children, seniors, veterans, and Disabled. They have declared war on the many viable and needed Social programs, Education, and Infrastructure, In 2010 they ran on jobs and the economy, but yet they have done nothing except attack the american people, as well as Disgraced themselves, How sad
It is time for us to act, to write, to phone, to email, and blog, we must organize and take to the street use our facebook and twitter let people know that we must vote out the Congressional members that have chosen to follow a single man rather than do their jobs, or honour their oath to their country, There are 233 Republican House members and 43 Republican Senators who have signed the Norquist Pledge, another disgrace and violations of ethics The time has come to speak up, Tell your Congressional members that they need to do their jobs, They need to put their jobs and country First, They need to put aside Politics and work with the President. This is what over 90% of what the American people want, but it seems that the GOTP refuse to listen to the people unless it is something that they are for.
We Must send a Strong message, "We Do Not Want Your Type of Governance"

Violation of Their Oaths
My Fellow Americans,
What we are witnessing is the destruction of our country from within, by our own congressional members who are placing their pledge to Grover Norquist over their honor, and their Oath and their jobs, and this is illegal and needs to be looked into.
If i was in power I would first issue a executive order raising the debt ceiling, then I would order the DOJ to investigate the congressional members who are supporting the grover pledge to choose, they must either honor their oaths or Resign Immediately. and I will look into charges against them for domestic terrorism.
The President took an Oath to protect and defend our constitiution and country from both foreign and Domestic enemies, and the Domestic Enemies are at our door right now and need to be stopped NOW.
I have just written to Atty General Eric Holder at the DOJ and asked him to consider investigating Grover Norquist, his pledge, and the congressional members that have put his pledge over their Oath of Office, and i am asking you to do the same thing. I included the letter below
Dear Attorney General Holder,
I am writing out of concern that our congressional members have Violated their Oaths of Office by honoring their Pledge to Grover Norquist.
I further feel that an investigation should be opened, after all the president and those in power took an oath like i did(as a Disabled Desert Storm Veteran) to protect and defend the constitution of the united states, the country and her citizens, and right now we are facing a Domestic Enemy that is using our own congress to destroy this country from within, I feel that this is a form of Domestic Terrorism or at leat of Treason on the part of Mr. Norquist and the congressional members that took his pledge and i would suggest that they be made to choose, They will either honor their Oath of Office, or they will Honor a Pledger for personal gains.
I am more concerned about the Domestic attacks by the Retaliban(Tea Party + Republicans = Retaliban) and i do not use that term l;ightly, with the current behavior of the republican party and their destruction of unions and their declaring war on social issues, I feel that they should be Investigated.
As a Navy Seabee, and Disabled Desert Storm Veteran I took an Oath to protect and defend the constitution, this country and her citizens from both Fireign and Domestic enemies, and Right Now the Domerstic enemy is at the door and needs to be challenged.

REBUILD AMERICA NOW......Part 2
My Fellow Americans,
Our problemns are not only Domestic but International as well, and in the following writings i will explain what I will do if I am elected. I want to remind everyone, that when our country began our ForeFathers had no clue as to how to run a country, so with the Constitution to follow I will not be sucked in by the corpoirate nonsense nor funding, This will be a truly elected by the people, and for the people, You and this country are my priority, not nation building like the others. So Lets begin with several Executive Orders,
Executive Order # 1
I will direct the joints chiefs to end the Iraq war and to withdraw all troops withing a 180 days. Iraq will have to find a solution on their own much like we did when we started out as a new democracy. It is not our job to rebuild any nation.
Executive Order #2
I will cut all funding to afghanistan by half, and inform Karzi that he has 1 year to get his house in order then all funding will stop except for humanatarian aid. Furthermore, I will warn him about accepting the taliban as part of the new government, and stipulate that they must pledge to not support al-quida in any way, and that He will not allow Al-Quida to take refuge again in the country or we will be back and we will take them out.
Secondly all troops will be out within 180 days from issuance of this order. It is over and done, they like Iraq will have to sort it out among themselves, we cannot do it for them.

I will issue a General Warning to Pakistan to get their house in order, to remove al-quida from their country, and to stop tipping off people when we need to go after them. I will also advise them to clean house and to do it promptly and that until it is done all funding will be stopped except for humanatarian aid. It is time for them to join the world and fight terrorisam.
While we face problems on both the Foreign and the Domestic Front, My chief concern right Now is with our Domestic Problems which will be dealt with by use of every constitutional remedy that is available. I am tired of the games and the irresponsibility of the parties but especially the republican party which is a disgrace to this country by the games they are playing with the full faith and fair credit status and the risk they have put the country in, the jeopardy that they are placing millions of citizens in who depenbd on SS and VA benefits to pay their house note, car notes, groceries, medicines, etc, and because of their wreckless games will and may lose their homes cars, and may even cause needless deaths because people will not be able to afford their medicines, and that should and will be placed squarely on the shoulders of the Republicans. They are solely responsible for any reactions that happen due to their obstruction and failuer to increase the debt ceiling.
The final topic I will discuss are the facts concerning the Debt Ceiling. The Republicans are ignoring basic facts. Also in 2003 we got involved in an illegal war(Iraq), a prescription plan was not paid for neither, as was the tax cuts. That is the problem. And President Obama made it clear tht all spending by bush has to be counted.

In closing, I am sick and tired and totally disgusted at the behavior of both parties, but what is the most disgraceful is the Fact that the Republicans begged for a 2nd chance in 2010, they pledged to work on jobs and economy, no social issues jobs was their priority, Well, we got lied to, what is the first thing they did? They attacked social issues, seniors, disabled, women and children, veterans, and unions including teachers, police, and fire. and explaining that this is what the americn people wanted and sent them for. And now they expect us to give them a 3rd chance in 2012, It makes me wonder how much audacity they have, they have the nerve to outright lie, Failed to put forth one jobs bill or economic bill, but yet they voted NO 4 times on a jobs bill brought to the floor by the democrats and the President, and even more nerve to attack the american people and the social programs that millions depend on and dare ask for us to give them our vote in 2012, It clearly proves that they are totally out of touch with the american people.
As i stated before, It is time to clean house, to make our country stronger to bring back manufacturing, strengthen Education and health care, Prevent future congresses from taking the debt ceiling or any topic hostage. I wnnt to be your President, I am an outsider and will need your help, I am in it for you, I also pledge to not take any corporate money. , and what makes me a great candidate is that i am not beholden to the corporate community my priority is You, My Fellow Americans, So In closing I ask that I be considered in the spirit of our forefathers who were new to governing as well but they put together one of the most important documents of our country, the Constitution, and it should be protected and defended and followed, No one should be allowed to pick and choose which parts they will honor and which they won't, Following the Constitution means all or Nothing.. Furthermore No elected member of the government be they local, state, or Federal should ever sign a pledge to not do something,, The ONLY Pledge that they should take should be their OATH of Office(in referrence to Norquiest and Republican tax pledge)

In closing, I am sick and tired and totally disgusted at the behavior of both parties, but what is the most disgraceful is the Fact that the Republicans begged for a 2nd chance in 2010, they pledged to work on jobs and economy, no social issues jobs was their priority, Well, we got lied to, what is the first thing they did? They attacked social issues, seniors, disabled, women and children, veterans, and unions including teachers, police, and fire. and explaining that this is what the americn people wanted and sent them for. And now they expect us to give them a 3rd chance in 2012, It makes me wonder how much audacity they have, they have the nerve to outright lie, Failed to put forth one jobs bill or economic bill, but yet they voted NO 4 times on a jobs bill brought to the floor by the democrats and the President, and even more nerve to attack the american people and the social programs that millions depend on and dare ask for us to give them our vote in 2012, It clearly proves that they are totally out of touch with the american people.
As i stated before, It is time to clean house, to make our country stronger to bring back manufacturing, strengthen Education and health care, Prevent future congresses from taking the debt ceiling or any topic hostage. I wnnt to be your President, I am an outsider and will need your help, I am in it for you, I also pledge to not take any corporate money. , and what makes me a great candidate is that i am not beholden to the corporate community my priority is You, My Fellow Americans, So In closing I ask that I be considered in the spirit of our forefathers who were new to governing as well but they put together one of the most important documents of our country, the Constitution, and it should be protected and defended and followed, No one should be allowed to pick and choose which parts they will honor and which they won't, Following the Constitution means all or Nothing.. Furthermore No elected member of the government be they local, state, or Federal should ever sign a pledge to not do something,, The ONLY Pledge that they should take should be their OATH of Office(in referrence to Norquiest and Republican tax pledge)
Let me state for the last time, My first thing I will do is to issue an Executive Order to Immediately Roll Back the Bush Tax cuts for the top 5% and to close the corporate loopholes, and I will make the tax cuts for Small Businesses and the middle class permanent. And I will fight to achieve this, no matter what may happen or what the Republicans threaten me with. It needs to be done and it shall be. The country and her people MUST come first, and this should have been done a long time ago so it will be done NOW

REBUILD AMERICA NOW
My Fellow Americans,
I am aware that many of you do not know me from adam, and that I have never held a public office, However I have Knowledge and Experience from the College of Life. I am much in the same boat as our forefathers, they did not know anything nor did they ever hold a public office but they created the Constitution and governed this country with common sense and working together, So it is in the Spirit of the Constitution and our ForeFathers that I push up my Campaign from 2016 to 2012.
I like you have watched as our congressional members have played games after games, I have watched as the Republicans have blackmailed, and held this country and her citizens hostage to get their way. Their behavior reminds me of the Taliban governance, In 2010 they asked for a 2nd chance, and they promised to create and focus on jobs, jobs, jobs, but all we got after the election is a declaration of War on Unions, women and children, Seniors, Veterans, Disabled, Social Programs and a budget plan(Ryan) that would eliminate social security, medicare/medicaid, and would add a Trillion dollars in tax cuts for their rich buddies. This is not what we wanted, but yet the Republicans say it is and that we do not know what we want, Frankly they are the ones that are out of touch, We want jobs, We want the Bush Tax Cuts rolled back for the top 5%, We did not want Unions attacked, The Unions built this country, it is with their backbreaking and calloused hands they built America from the ground up to give us homes, work place safety, bernefits. But yet they have thrown them out and have forgotten about their contributions to this country. The fact is what the Republicans and the Tea Party did after we gave them a second chance in 2010, So Where are the jobs? The Republicans had 4 opportunities to pass a jobs bill brought to the floor by the Democrats and President Obama and they voted "NO" on all 4 times, but yet they Promised if elected and given that golden 2nd chance they would push job creation, They FAILED and they LIED. And Now they have the Audacity to beg for a 3rd chance in 2012? Are they insane? Like the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me Twice Shame on Me" The point being that the Republican + Tea Party + DINO's + ReTaliban, by virtue of their actions and behaviors of attacking the very people they want to vote for them. They have not put forth any bills for jobs or to help the economy, They have done nothing except push their agenda of tax cuts for the wealthiest, the so called job creators, well answer me this, if the job creators have tax cuts already, why are they sitting on 2 Trillion dollars in surplus and refuse to create jobs or hire americans and still are sending jobs overseas? That is the question for the Republicans.
When the new jobs numbers and unemployment figures came out they were excited and didn't hide it, they seem to think that this will allow them to win back the senate, and the white house, but once again they are misreading the scenario. Fact remains that they are playing games, and now they are doing it with the debt ceiling saying our way or the highway, and they should rethink that stance after all this is the Bush Republican administration deficit all except 4 Trillion, this is something that the republicans fail to acknowledge still., To top all this off, Mcconnell once again stated that his number one priority was to make president a 1 term president, this even before Presidenty Obama took office was the republican stance.
Another digusting fact is that the Republicans want the country to Fail, to go belly up, They do not care about the country, they do not care who they hurt, they just donot care. I come to you as a fellow American in the great writings of our constitutions to back me up, Our forefather never wanted career politicians, their plan was to elect someone, have them serve a term and be allowed to serve a 2nd term if re-elected, then they were to return to their homes and jobs, Period, and By doing it that way there will always be fresh thoughts and ideas in congress.
It is because of our present situation that I am considering moving up my campaign to 2012, It is time for the adults to take over from the children. In this writing i will lay out my immediate plan for our country, to resolve the debt/deficit problem as well as jobs, Infrastructure and Education, It is time to "REBUILD AMERICA NOW"
My first order of business is to issue an Executive Order: To Immediately Roll Back the Bush tax cuts for the top 5% and to make cuts permanent for small businesses and middle class. I would also order the DOJ and the IRS to investigate all corporations and Individuals and to recover all back taxes or face criminal charges.
Including but not limited to confiscating property and any other items such as freezing cfhecking, savings and other accounts until their debt is paid.
Executive Order #2
I will order congress to put together a bill that will separate the debt ceiling, social security, medicare/medicaid as separate and individual entities, and that they cannot be used to bargin with or be held hostage.Furthermore if congress refuses to act I will use every constitutional remedy as president to protect our country and her people, from any and all Domestic terrorism and Obstructionism. Also under this order I will instruct the DOJ to open a full Investigation into the malfeasance and Obstructionism used by the Republicans and the Tea Party that has jeopardized the REcovery, REbuilding of Infrastructure, and Education, as well as jeopardizing the well being and financial status of our contry and her citizens.
My fellow Americans it is past time to bring the hammer down on the Obstructionism conducted by the Republican tea party which is bordering on malfeasance and treason for trying to destroy this country from the inside, Their complete and utter disregard for what the people want, they are acting like a group of spoiled children and it is time for the adults to take control. And It will be done, The games will stop if I am elected. and I will clean house, After all what we need is someone who has NO connections to the corporate world and who are not guided and instructed by the corporate world as well.
The time to REBUILD AMERICA IS NOW and we can do it with your help, So Join me and lets get our country back on track.
